Sustainable and Modern Two-Level Home Office in a Yard

This two-level modern home office is a sustainable project that was prefabricated by five design-build students in a graduate architecture class at Academy of Art University in San Francisco. It has two levels and located in the client page. Inside, the home office has adjustabledesks, storage and shelving systems, as well as a lounge area for clients and families.The entire project is an exercise in sustainability. Waste is reduced to about one inch forevery 12 feet of the materials used. Container Guest House With Floor-To-Ceiling Glass Doors and Windows by Jim Poteet

Texas architect Jim Poteet has designed this garden guest house in San Antonio. The small house is made of an empty steel shipping container and also serves as a playhouse, a garden retreat and a working studio. Container is 8 by 40 feet and features a glass door floor to ceiling and windows. In addition,there are heating and air conditioning systems installed. The roof is filled with different plants. There is a small sink, shower and toilet in the house.
